Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free ground shipping on every order over $60. We ship via USPS.

 

How long will my order take to ship?

There is a 2-4 business day processing window for all orders. Once processed, your order will ship with standard shipping (5-7 business days) via USPS.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships. 

 

There was an issue with my delivery. What should I do?

Reach out to us at hello@bloomballabeauty.com with the details! Please note, we don’t offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses, or packages marked delivered but not received.  If your order is marked "delivered" but the package hasn’t arrived yet, we recommend waiting 48 hours as sometimes the tracking is inaccurate and updated in advance. If your package still has not arrived after 48 hours, we recommend checking with your local mail carrier before emailing.

 

My order was damaged. What should I do?

We want you to love your products and feel positive about your experience with us! That being said, if there is an issue, we will address it. Our Customer Care representatives are always happy to assist and answer any questions that you may have about our products or your purchase. Please contact us at hello@bloomballabeauty.com for assistance. If the product was damaged or missing an item, a picture of the product at the time of delivery must be provided. Our team does inspect the products upon return, and we do reserve the right to refuse returns on products that have been tampered with.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. We plan to offer expanded shipping and international shipping in the near future. Stay tuned!
