What is a tea booster?
Tea boosters are a type of hair tea rinse used to improve the condition of the scalp, hair and skin. They contain highly concentrated bioactive botanicals. Tea boosters are a secret anti-stress weapon when it comes to getting amazing hair. Tea boosters are used to support healthy hair growth, reduce hair loss, reduce dandruff, and strengthen the hair. Our tea boosters are packed with stress-protective adaptogens, antioxidants, and calming ingredients to boost your hair and restore balance to your scalp.
What’s an adaptogen?
Adaptogens are stress-protectors! They reduce the impact of stress, and are vital for healthy scalp, hair and skin. Adaptogens harmonize, de-stress, and defend against follicle fatigue, allowing for stronger, more lustrous, healthier hair. All of our products are designed to be adaptogenic.
What does Bloomballa mean?
Our name celebrates the Sanskrit word ‘bala,’ which means power and strength. Our formulas harness the power and strength of bioactive botanicals (blooms) to promote wellness, harmony and health.
Are your products clean?
We always use only natural, clean, plant-derived ingredients in our products. We promise to strictly adhere to The Never Nine™ pledge. These are nine classes of ingredients that have been linked to cancer, allergies and endocrine disruption. You will never find The Never Nine™ in anything that we make.
Are your products vegan?
Our products are 100% vegan and are never tested on animals.
How long do your serums take to make?
We believe in quality over quantity. Using our Radical Botanical Infusion™ process, our micro-batched serums take more than 4-weeks to infuse, concentrate and harvest.
Why does my serum look different from my last order?
Our serums are all natural, and are made with bioactive nutrient dense whole plants using our Radical Botanical Infusion™ process. This means that there may be variation and changes in color, scent, and texture. This is perfectly normal, and does not affect the performance of our products.
Why does this tea look so different?
Our teas are whole and minimally processed. Unlike most teas, in Bloomballa's teas you'll commonly find whole blooms and flowers. It's not unusual to see a whole rose bud or complete calendula flower! Our products harness the full, unadulterated power of bioactive botanicals.
Why does whole leaf tea leave a residue in the cup?
A residue in the cup is completely normal. When working with whole herbs and botanicals, even the finest strainer can't filter out all of the particles. Good whole leaf teas, and fine-leaf teas like rooibos, commonly have a residue. You can use a finer mesh strainer, but that may compromise flavor.
Can I use my favorite hair products along with your products?
Yes! Our anti-stress supplements are designed to complement your hair regimen, not to replace it. Our serums are designed to work with your current hair products, and our hair tea rinses can be used with your favorite conditioner and styling products.
How long are your products good for?
Our products contain bioactive botanicals. Our serums should be used within 3 months of purchase. Our tea boosters should be used within 2 years of purchase, and our teas should be used within 1 year of purchase.
What hair types can use your products?
Our bioactive supplements can be used with all hair types. All hair types need stress defense!
How should I store my products?
Your products should be kept away from extreme temperatures (cold or hot) and stored out of direct light. Avoid getting water or moisture into our products.
Are your products safe during pregnancy or nursing?
Our products use only natural, clean, plant-derived ingredients and bioactive botanicals. That being said, we recommend that those who are pregnant or breastfeeding consult with their health care provider prior to using our products.

Where do you ship?
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. We plan to offer expanded shipping and international shipping in the near future. Stay tuned!
When will my order ship?
Bloomballa Beauty processes orders typically within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships.
Do you offer returns?
We want you to love your products and feel positive about your experience with us! That being said, if there is an issue, we will address it. Our Customer Care representatives are always happy to assist and answer any questions that you may have about our products or your purchase. What is your return policy?
We will accept products for return as long as:
-The product is unopened and unused.
-The product was purchased from www.bloomballabeauty.com
-The product is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. We cannot accept any returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
-If the product was damaged or missing an item, a picture of the product at the time of delivery must be provided.
- Our team does inspect the products upon return, and we do reserve the right to refuse returns on products that have been tampered with.
-If your refund is approved, our customer service team will provide a return label at a cost of $7.00 to cover return shipping. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Please note, original shipping costs are not included in refunds.
-Once a return is received and processed it can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to fully refund you.
-We do not promise or guarantee any specific result or effect from using our products. Dissatisfaction with the results of a product will not be grounds for a refund.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Can I change the frequency of my shipments after I placed my initial order?
Yes, you can! You can adjust the order frequency of your shipments from the 'Manage Subscriptions' tab within your account.
Can I skip my subscription if I’m out of town or just need a break?
Yes, just skip your next shipment or shipments! From the 'Manage Subscriptions' tab within your account, click on the product that you want to skip a shipment for, and click the 'Skip this order” button. Your Bloomballa Beauty Subscription products will always remain 15% off!
Can the products within my subscription vary or do I need to keep it the same with every order?
Yes, you can definitely vary your products to your liking! Add new products to your subscription at any time! From the 'Manage Subscriptions' tab within your account, you can adjust the products and quantity and frequency of deliveries at any time.
Am I able to cancel just one order if I’m out of town or if I have extra product from my last order?
Yes, you can use the 'Skip this order' option whenever needed from the 'Manage Subscriptions' tab within your account! Your change must be indicated in your subscription settings 7 days in advance of your subscription fee posting date.
Can I have multiple products on one subscription account?
ABSOLUTELY! You can have as many Bloomballa Beauty products as you’d like on one subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least seven days prior to your next subscription fee posting date. Please note, and this is important, if you wish to cancel an order less than seven days prior to your subscription fee posting date, Bloomballa Beauty is unable to cancel or issue a refund. We do send a courtesy email reminding customers of their subscription nine days prior to the subscription fee posting date. It is ultimately the customer's responsibility to track their own subscription.
One of the products on my subscription is out of stock. Will my entire order beheld?
Yes, unfortunately when one item on a subscription order is out of stock, the entire order will be held until all products on the order are back in stock. If you’d like to receive the remainder of your order, you can delete that item from your subscription and reset the order date to the next business day. Are there any hidden / extra fees?
There are no hidden fees, ever. Subscriptions over $60 qualify for free shipping. State tax is added, per state, if applicable.
How do I “swap” one product for another?
Once signed into your account, select “Manage Subscriptions.” Now that you are viewing your subscriptions, select the product that you want to swap, and then select “Swap Product.” Then select your desired product.
